The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG). This website deliberately collects as little data as possible: there is no contact form, no analytics tool, no tracking, and no advertising cookies. All fonts and images are embedded in the page and delivered by my hosting provider; no content is loaded from third-party providers.
This website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit the page, the provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files:
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of my website. The log files are deleted after the retention period set by the hosting provider has expired. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
If you contact me — for example via the “Request a Pulse Call” or “Reserve a seat” (webinar registration) buttons, which merely open your own email program with a prepared message — your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Your selections and text entries in the contact area of this page leave your browser only when you yourself send the email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise my legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Your data remains with me until you ask me to delete it, you withdraw your consent, or the purpose ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory retention periods — in particular under commercial and tax law — remain unaffected.
Please note: the transmission of unencrypted emails is not protected against access by third parties. We are happy to discuss confidential matters directly.
For booking the Pulse Call, I link to the booking page of the provider Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA (“Cal.com”). Merely visiting this website does not transmit any data to Cal.com. Only when you click “Book a Pulse Call” do you reach the Cal.com page. There you enter your name, email address, phone number, your preferred time and, if applicable, a short description of your concern. Cal.com processes this information on my behalf to assign the appointment, send confirmations and reminders, and enter the appointment in my calendar. Please do not enter confidential details in the free-text fields; we will discuss them in the conversation. When the booking page is opened, Cal.com also processes, by its own account, technical data (for example your IP address) as an independent controller; details are in the Cal.com privacy policy.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (initiation of a contract at your request) and otherwise my legitimate interest in straightforward appointment scheduling (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Cal.com processes the booking data on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. According to Cal.com, processing takes place in the USA. The transfer relies on the safeguards stated by Cal.com (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). I store your booking data until the purpose ceases to apply, you ask me to delete it, or statutory retention periods end. You can cancel the booking at any time via the link in the confirmation email or ask me to delete it.
Content from sparring and workshop engagements is subject to strict confidentiality. Feedback instruments are aggregated exclusively in anonymized form; disclosure to clients or sponsors takes place only to the extent previously agreed with you explicitly.
This website links to my LinkedIn profile (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland). This is a simple link; no LinkedIn content is embedded, and no data is transmitted to LinkedIn merely by visiting my page. LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies only once you click the link: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
This website does not set cookies, does not use local browser storage, and does not use analytics or tracking services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
For security reasons, this page uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser (“https://”) and the lock icon.
